Individuals

Three services to choose from:

Individual Psychotherapy

We know that there’s no one out there like you — which means that we design each treatment plan to address your unique goals and personal style.

The PRISMA process is simple:

  • Initial telephone intake - a quick chat to understand your therapy needs

  • Primary assessment (2-3 sessions) – deepening understanding and collaborative goal setting

  • Flexible approach – treatment is tailored to you and adjusted if your needs change

  • Maintenance - we’re always here if you need us. You are welcome to return for the Annual Checkup or Booster Program

Annual Checkup

Whether you’re a returning client or haven’t visited yet, we design the Annual Checkup to help you keep track of your mental health.

How does it work?

  • Annual or bi-annual visits to monitor your emotional health through clinical interviews and questionnaires

  • Access to checkup results and recommendations

  • Visual reporting helps us track wellness trends, strengths, and warning signs over time

All reports are stored and easily accessible in your client portal

Booster Program

You’ll always have a life partner in your therapist at PRISMA.

We offer a check-in for all clients who have previously attended individual psychotherapy. Think of this as a chance to pop in and get a tune-up!

You may schedule booster sessions at a frequency that meets your needs

Feel free to use these sessions to taper off your ongoing treatment or to help you keep on track well after your treatment has ended

We want to help you develop a good blend of accountability and compassion. With that, you can experience more satisfaction, vitality, and closeness.
